We are currently working on an audio experience based on the experiences of Cotard patients. Part of
this process is creating a script, which will be the basis of the audio experience. This will be a
combination of the experiences of 40 Cotard patients.
For the installation, we aim to work with sounds that you do not hear but feel in your body. That experience
already could become quite disorientating. This asks for a critical look at what we use and how it relates to
the narrative and the experience we are building.
Our creative team includes sound designer Antoine Bertin, who is interested in the sensitivity of the
listening experience and integrating the whole body into the sense of hearing. He can contribute his
insight on feeling disembodied using the tool of sound.
